Meet our staff.
We are a team of hard-working, enthusiastic professionals and students who are dedicated to making Mentorship a welcoming and positive space for everyone involved! The Mentorship Program is supported by various positions:
- Program Director: oversees the Mentorship program, sets program priorities, and communicates with other University departments to ensure that Mentorship receives the proper funding and resources.
- Administrative Coordinator: helps support the program director, assists with event planning efforts, manages administrative items, and more.
- Graduate Student Intern: a current student enrolled in a graduate program at the University of Michigan. They help with project management, assist in program event planning, and apply their higher education knowledge to help align the program's initiatives with our mission.
- Communication Coordinators (CCs): undergraduate students at the University. Under the supervision of the program director and graduate student intern, CCs oversee 6-7 Mentorship groups and plan program-wide events during the fall semester. During the winter semester, CCs assist with program evaluation, program improvement plans, and help lead recruitment initiatives for the upcoming year.
